Book by August 31, 2020 and meet or stay by December 31,2020 to take advantage of this special offer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: There is a minimum of 10 group rooms required and a maximum of 50 group rooms on peak. Must mention offer when requesting proposal. Group contract must be signed by 8/31/2020. Available for new bookings of group rooms, with or without meeting rooms. A deposit payment schedule will be provided by your Meeting Planner. Hotel reserves the right to release the accommodations being held if the deposits are not received on schedule. Cancellation fees are being waived for all new bookings made before 8/31/2020 with meeting or group held before 12/31/2020. The cut-off date for accepting reservations for room blocks is 5:00 pm local time 30 days prior to group arrival date. Reservations received after this time will be based on availability and accepted at the prevailing room rates. Hotel reserves the right to release for general sale any unused portion of the room block. IHG®  Business Rewards members earn 3 Points per $1 USD on qualifying event spend, up to 60,000 points at participating hotels. Attendees earn IHG® Rewards Club Points on qualifying stays, with exclusion of Group accommodation billed to a Master Bill..
